1. Definitions
- “Service”: NeDzat web app, API, dashboards, and related services.
- “Customer/You”: the person or entity using the Service.
- “Content”: messages, media, contact data, prompts, knowledge base content, and configurations you submit or process.
2. Acceptance
By using NeDzat, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
3. Service description
NeDzat provides tools for:
- multi-channel messaging/inbox
- automation workflows and templates
- AI assistant and AI replies (optional)
- integrations (webhooks, CRMs, channels)
We may change or update features over time.
4. Accounts & security
You agree to:
- keep login credentials secure
- provide accurate information
- promptly notify us of unauthorized access
You are responsible for activities within your workspace and for your team members’ actions.
5. Third-party platforms & integrations
When you connect WhatsApp/Telegram/Instagram or other platforms, you confirm:
- you have rights to connect and use the relevant accounts
- you comply with those platforms’ terms and policies
- you have lawful basis to process your customers’ communications and data
We are not responsible for third-party platform API changes, limitations, enforcement actions, or account restrictions imposed by them.
6. AI features disclaimer
If AI is enabled:
- AI outputs may be inaccurate; you remain responsible for final messages/actions.
- You must configure prompts/rules to comply with law and platform policies.
- Do not upload or process sensitive data unless lawful and necessary.
7. Prohibited use
You must not use NeDzat for:
- spam, phishing, fraud, or illegal activities
- sending messages without lawful basis/consent
- violating privacy, IP, or other rights
- attempting to bypass platform restrictions or “gray” automation schemes
- malware, attacks, or abuse of the Service
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
8. Content and ownership
You retain ownership of your Content.
You grant us a limited license to process Content only to operate and provide the Service.
9. Billing and payments (if applicable)
- Pricing and plans are shown in the Service or on our website.
- Subscription/usage billing may apply.
- Refunds/cancellations follow [your refund policy].
(If you use internal credits/coins, add rules for earning/spending/expiry/non-refundable nature.)
10. Availability and support
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and outages may occur.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided “as is”.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of profits.
- We are not liable for third-party platform actions.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the last [e.g., 30 days], if applicable.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend/terminate access if you violate these Terms or legal requirements.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kazakhstan. Disputes are resolved in Almaty, where permitted.
